My move to a plant-based diet came primarily for health reasons. By making the transition to a vegan diet, I have been able to dramatically improve my health. I have a blog where I share recipes and ideas about living a healthier life. I hope my journey will encourage others to make the transition, even if it’s in little steps. My recipes are easy, delicious and a lot of them are low fat. Give them a try, let me know what you think, and have a happy vegan tummy!!!
