In the fall of 2000 I was diagnosed with celiac disease which propelled me into the world of gluten-free cooking and baking. I have enjoyed the learning experience and have found that gluten-free can be delicious. While the rest of my family does eat gluten, I always cook and bake gluten-free. It has been a challenging and rewarding adventure. My blog is full of delicious gluten-free, family-style recipes as well as information about celiac disease and following a gluten-free diet. My hope is to help others by sharing the experience I have gained over the years that I have lived with celiac disease.
