I love reading about, preparing, and eating FOOD! I have been a vegetarian for a year now, and can't turn back. I have a B.A. in Organizational Communication but anticipate continuing my education in nutrition counseling or something like that. My goal is to learn as much as possible- improving my life as well as others :)
