Tennis Anyone?

The sun is out, the sky is clear, and all the land is covered in warmth. This can only mean one thing… it is tennis season. Tennis seems to be the one sport everyone feels drawn to when spring begins to turn to summer. And why shouldn’t it be? You get to be out in the sun, which helps your body make vitamin D, which helps you feel better mentally. You get to run around in circles like a kid again, and nobody can tease you because you are playing tennis! You have to have someone to play with, so you are also having social time with friends. You sweat, which rids your body of toxins, and boy, does that make you feel better! You also get to set those endorphins loose, so if you thought you were feeling good getting rid of toxins, now your body is having its own little party! So, at this point you’re probably wondering why you aren’t on the tennis courts right now! Don’t wait another minute, go grab that racket and the courts, just don’t forget the sun block!
