Hi Temise:

Not sure anyone has responded to your October request for information about places to work out on campus.  If you still are looking for information, let me know and I'd be glad to help. 

I work out most every week day.  I just sent a friend request.  I too have struggled with weight and have been training hard this past year, so you're in good company.

Absolutely! I don't have a gym membership & I prefer to workout in my home. I've done lots of exercises at home to keep in shape. And living in CA -- you'll be able to do cardio outside almost year-round. Click on the sidebar of my blog where it has exercises for body parts listed. If you can't find an exercise for a particular muscle group you want to exercise at home without equipment, let me know!
