Hello, Alii, Aloha kakou, I'm a Reiki master teacher and have been practicing tai chi and chi kung. I would very much like to find more information to help people with physical disabilities. I think practicing yoga is a step towards improving and maintaining strength and mobility, and want to know how to modify yoga to do so.
