Hey everyone, I have been losing weight since last October. I'm not really dieting, just making my portions alot smaller and being alot more active. I was 11st 11lbs when I started and am now 10st. I have now taken up football twice a week-something I always wanted to do! I feel so different. I used to crave that full to the brim feeling - now I just stop eating when I am comfortably full. I'm wanting to lose another half a stone and can't wait to hit it. Good luck to everyone - it's well worth the effort xxx

I am a 45 year old nursing student, been in college now 5 years you think I would be an RN by now wrong... they keep adding more classes we need to take and they also only accept 50 students a semester. Not only being in school, I am at my heaviest weight in my life. I suffer from hyperthyroidism, adult adhd, depression and PTSD. I am being treated with medication, but the side effect of most are weight gain. This year I have been ill more than ever before in my life and with age I getting the usually aches and pain of growing old. Oh I also want to let you know that stand 5'10" and weigh 217 pounds. 6 1/2 years ago I dropped down to 160 using weight watcher, but with college and working and family haven't the time or energy to to add something else to my busy life. I do try to walk with my hubby and two small dogs a mile a day.

I'm a 24 year old single parent. I have several health issues that include a degenerative disk disease and fibromyalgia that limit the amount of physical activities I can do. I'd really like to get rid of my "mom pooch", get in shape, tone, and be healthier overall for my son. Keeping up with a 3 year old is hard work!
