Hi I'm Chip better known as the BaddApple. During race season I was down to under 200, but after injuring my back I ballooned up again. Even though I'm lifting and running I'm still gaining weight so I need to find a better balance to get back down to a weight I'm comfortable with and will help my running performance. Running with 20 extra pounds isn't going to help my times at all.

Used to be on the LA weight loss plan before they closed in my area - back on track now with a new program and looking forward to starting a new year!

Hi there! After my divorce (two years ago), I lost an extreme amount of weight, due to stress. Now that I'm happy and comfortable with myself and my life, I've been putting on weight and unable to stop! I snowboard, walk and run when I can and practice yoga, meditation as well as work out with dance videos at my house. I truly believe that my sleep patterns and eating habits are causing my weight issues so I'd like some support and tips in creating a healthier lifestyle so I can lose a few pounds.
