Trying to gain muscle mass over winter with minimal fat gains. Struggling to get those calories in daily.

i lost over 25% of my body weight in 8 wks without trying. the docs are still trying to figure out what happened but meanwhile im trying to gain it back but everytime i try i end up losing more

I moved into judy's house my mentor.I was 126 and ever since this day I'm still ganeing, now I'm alomost 153pounds.Yikes!
