Last year I lost 40 pounds by interrupting old patterns and establishing healthier eating habits. The process and the results have been very empowering and now I'm craving a more active lifestyle. I'm ready to donate my old clothes, buy a new pair of walking shoes, and enjoy the great outdoors! Lookout hiking trails...HERE I COME! :)

Dear All,
I am newly joined Stanford and I found the campus is beautiful and the back side mountain hill looks like a wonderful place for hiking. Would like to find some members to hike together.
I work at MSLS building, anyone close to Welch road and has the same interesting?
