I've been suffering from constant palpitations, and I need to remind myself to take my CoQ10 supplements for the several months to help my heart get strong again. I remembered to take it for two days now, and I've been free from palpitations so far. I can't tell you how good it feels to go from feeling absolutely spent all day to feeling normal again! :)
