It's the beginning of the final quarter of the year, most places are getting colder. What are you doing to keep healthy in the last part of the year?

My goal is to take 1 Yoga class and 1 Pilates class per week to help me stay flexible and in touch with what's going on in my body to help me recover from my breast cancer diagnosis. How about you?
