Team Menopause are women who have experienced weight gain before and during menopause. Our goal is to support each other and not to allow the perils of menopause have effect on our lives. We will not lose our confidence, We will not lose our self-esteem! We will fight this weight battle once and for all Team Members: 1 Team Goals: Add more fiber to my diet, Avoid fast food, Avoid high fat foods, Avoid salty foods, Avoid soda, Avoid sweets, Drink more water, Eat healthy, Eat more fruits & vegetables, Eat more whole grains, Eat smaller portions, Exercise, Listen to relaxing music, Lose weight, Strength training, Take stress breaks, Walk

I invite all women around the globe who is experiencing weight gain during menopause to join this team. Sharing our experiences and our stories can motivate us not to succumb to this phase of our lives by making excuses as to why we are 8 - 10 kilos heavier. However it will challenge us, it will set us free and it will give us back our lives.
