Alejandre joined this team. Hello everyone. I'm glad I found this team. I'm a Health and Wellness Coach focusing on balanced nutrition and exercise. I'm also an Instructor in Exercise for Arthritis and Tai-Chi for Arthritis. I enjoy doing Tai-Chi and am always open to learning other styles. For me, Tai-Chi is among the best forms of exercise for long-term health. Nov 14 2008

I just started taking Tai Chi classes in an effort to pre-empt hereditary arthritis. I take one class for an hour once a week, but I eventually want to build into doing Tai chi outside of class as a stress-reliever, to build better balance and keep my joints healthy.
