I swim after lifting weights; I swim a few intense laps and then exit the pool feeling great. It helps me add lean muscle mass.

Hello! I just joined the swim club in our village. I've been swimming since I was a kid and I enjoy it immensely. Now that I work closer to home, I will finally be able to swim more often!

Is there any free or very low cost, early morning (5-7), lap programs on or near campus or between there and San Mateo?
