I am back to swimming this is day 2 of 35 minutes of kickboarding laps. I want to do at least 20 mint 3x a week.

I swim once every week at times twice all depending on my time.I love swimming as it gives me more energy to jog and it helps me to avoid food as long as am in the pool

I would like to get back in the pool! At least twice a week, up to 4 times per week. Eventually I would like to get back into open water swim races again!
