I'm just a girl who can't say no! Someone should write a song about that. Seriously, though, I have so much I want to do and so much I have to do and I know it's hurting me to try to do it all. So I need help to de stress and feel better!

I am finishing up this semester in school with 5 courses... after losing two weeks due to manic illness and hospitalization. Stress is a bipolar episode trigger for me!!! I tend to push myself too hard... so I am going to try to make a point to take two hours a day for "me" time to relax so I do not over load myself for the remaining few weeks of school!

As a Mother of a daughter dx with an eating disorder it's important to keep "balance" in my daily life and remember that caring for others also means one must care for oneself... Self Care is not a luxury but should be part of everyone's daily life!
