I can sometimes get easily stressed, which depends on how quickly I get stressed due to what may be happening in my life, on top of other things. But I have learnt kind of, to slow down and try not to worry. But I have not managed to get back into my ME Time I used to do at least once a week on a Friday. By switching off phones, removing my hearing aids and doing whatever or nothing before work all day. Or at least 20 minutes.

I am a mom of two very lovely young daughters, a 3 year old and a 5 month old (and maybe even one on the way). I am a working mom - A supply teacher - so I have to take my prep times and breaks pumping milk instead of preparing or relaxing. My husband is a stay at home parent, and I never seem to get a break.
