Hello. My name is Jigs. I'm from the Philippines. I've been working out in the gym for like 7 weeks now. My progress has been at turtle-speed. My goal is to achieve lean muscles and lose the Buddha belly. I've actually started a blog (http://thebloggerexperiment.blogspot.com) to document my Fitness training. Well, hope I could learn a lot from you all and hope that I could improve my turtle-speed progress.
