This week I started swimming in the Master swim program in my neighborhood. We swim from 7:30 - 8:30 PM. Since I go to bet at 09:30, I thought it would be too late in the evening and it would interrupt my sleep schedule. But the reverse is true. I have had tree of the best nights of sleep I've had in a long time. I find it relaxes me and morning arrives without the typical visits to the restroom in the middle of the night. Most rewarding.
