I have NEVER added salt to my food so was quite blown away when my doctor said ," eat less salt ". After checking the SODIUM content of my favourite foods I was amazed to find just how much there was in such simple things as cornflakes.

Hi :)  I need a low sodium diet to help lower my blood pressure. I have changed to Chia wholemeal rolls; very yummy (1 per day ) and am trying to build up a good diet - plus exercise of course. Any help welcome :)
