How can a person ear a baked potat0, without salt? Is a salt subsitute OK? What about Mortan's Light Salt Subsitute to start off with?

I have cirrhosis and need to limit my salt intake to 2000 mg or less. I'm a long-term survivor and try to keep a good attitude.
