How can a person ear a baked potat0, without salt? Is a salt subsitute OK? What about Mortan's Light Salt Subsitute to start off with?

I have cirrhosis and need to limit my salt intake to 2000 mg or less. I'm a long-term survivor and try to keep a good attitude.

Hi there, I have been recently diagnosed with heart failure and have been advised to avoid salty foods in order to keep my heart healthy. I usually have a packet of salty crisps every day. I really want to cut this down to every other day then to twice a week! Lulu
