I don't want to diet ever again. I would like to lose some weight so I could breathe easier. I have COPD and am on oxygen. I try to walk my dogs as often as the weather permits.

I have a really hard time not having a second helping when something I eat is tasty and I am not actually full any more just enjoy the flavour.
