Hi all! I've been trying to get pregnant for a little while. Started making healthier choices by quitting smoking, using stress relief tools such as meditation and Tai Chi and trying to drink more water. Found out today that I am pregnant and want to continue on the path to a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family, the ones here now and the one on the way. Join me!
