i really try to meditate twice daily and do self healing at least once daily to start the day off right,
hard to put everyone in second place to get time for me
but!!! im working on it

Actually, this is a goal to do 5 minutes Pranayama every day before or after my meditation practice. (There isn't an option to select that..)

Hey. I am struggling to be disciplined about my meditation practice (I practice Vipassana). I just want to do 20 minutes everyday at 7am (after yoga practice at 6am) every day.
Would love to hear how people manage to discipline themselves. I find it especially to stop hugging my partner in bed!
