I currently hold a black belt in Uechi Ryu karate and would like to incorporate more practice. I typically practice 3-4 days a week now, but I would like to add a 20 minute kata routine to my daily workouts to ensure that I don't forget any of the lower rank material and to improve upon what I already know.
