Hi, I am a 54 year woman who is recently divorced. I barley have money for food, and have to depend on food pantries. Yet, when I do go shopping for food I want to learn how to spend wisely and less fat in my diet. My goal is to reach a 1200 caloric diet. I need help in calculating calories and perhaps food selection, and my diet.

I am almost 30 and I would like to get fit and more active. My goal is to lose 15 pounds and start running. I recently did a 6 week program and lost 10 so I plan to follow the same program plus add a running regime.
