Trying to keep and eat healthy when I'm busy at college all the time (those @@@@ pastries!) and keep motivated for exercising, especially during the rainy season. Eating out is the worst for my healthy eating plan, or even eating at someone else's house. Hoping to get some ideas and motivation from this team.
