First you have to recognize that wether or not you realise you are free from your addiction or not, you are as soon as you say it to yourself continually. It is unavoidably a life long battle, but wether you see it or not you are free, and you must begin to see that. We are not the eatting disorder/addiction, we are seperate from that, and we are free because we are alive we are winning. Accept the fact that we are free no matter how trapped we may feel.

Start living life aside from having an eatting disorder. We can truly live our lives daily without having to think about our addictions. It might be hard to seperate it from ourselves. But you can truly set it aside through visualization and find more and more freedom and days or even yearsof abstinance from behaviors and struggles of your addiction.

I carry a song, a dance, a parade within my heart so strong and so real that I can barely contain myself! Celebrate being alive!
