Hi. I am a fighter. I've made FMS my friend. I advocate exactly what your team suggests--avoid fast food, more veg/fruit/grains, vits/minerals, plenty of water (not tap water though) and stretches. DETOXIFY. I found my balance back in 1999 when I did excessive researches-I had hit an all time "fed up" mode w/ my struggles. I've had fibromyalgia for as long as I can remember...way before I was diagnosed in 1994. I love yoga, swimming, walking and massages
