Exercise with Chronic Fatigue (CFS / CFIDS / ME) Team

This team need to take it easy. This team need to listen very carefully to their own bodies. This team must be steady and gentle. This team help ourselves by making sure we do not turn to jelly whilst working with a tricky illness. This team will share our experiences and help each other where the medical profession is unable to offer very much at present. This team could do with all the team mates it could get! This team is not extreme but we do whatever we can to give our bodies a better time and work WITH CFS, not against it. This team are gentle with themselves and listen to relaxing music and work hard with gentleness and respect for our bodies . Team Members: 11 Team Goals: Drink more water, Eat healthy, Exercise, Listen to relaxing music, Meditate, Stretch, Take vitamins & minerals, Walk, Yoga

I have had CFS for about 20 years and am taking medication. You would think after that length of time I would have beaten it, unfortunately I haven't. I guess it's something you just have to live with. I'm 73 so I guess I may not have it as long as most people. I have 3 good doctors and they keep me going.

Hi I havent been diagnosed with CFS but am very convinced that I have it so i thought i would join this group to get some support

Thank you for the invitation. I have been very fatigue and in lots of pain because I am busy taking care of family. I will participate as soon as time allows. Soft Hugs
