Going to train for the LiveSTRONG ride in Austin, TX this October. My goal is the 90 mile ride. I recently finished the MS150, but I'd like to improve on my past performance.

I am a former semi-pro mountain bike racer trying to get fit enough to race after almost 3yrs off due to a back injury.

Been road cycling for a few years (on my beautiful Trek), and lots of spinning during the winter -- now want to do a tour this summer starting with the "Tour of Wyoming" in a couple of months.
