My name is Margie, I have many chronic illnesses which are not going to affect me any more.I hope to lose weight approx 15 Kg in order to keep fit and reverse all imbalances in my health.I have a pair of size 10 jeans that i want to wear comfortably again by mid December.I have joined a gym and jenny craig to help me.best of luck to you all XxLove Margie

Ima type 2 Diabetic with stage 4 kidney failure, my drs put me on a strict low carb diet. Ive lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks,but am finding hard to stick with this diet...when everyone around me is eating bread and pasta,lol  There is no moral support from my famiy,,,I just have to do this alone
