I just started the BeWell@Stanford and my main downfall getting in the way of losing weight or cutting back on calories is eating dessert EVERY night. No matter what I tell my self I have to have something after I eat dinner. And it usually is Lowfat Ice Cream which isn't bad but 3 large bowls of it is bad. I thought of jell-o, water, going to sleep, getting on the computer, watching TV to avoid eating the dessert and NOTHING works! I welcome any suggestions you may have!
