Welcome! My name is Petal and I began running on a regular basis about a year ago. The body I was able to maintain with casual walks along the river and yoga was fading away and I found that I needed more vigorous activity to stay the size I was comfortable at. If you want someone to check in with about staying with some good weekly cardiovascular exercise, I'd love to work with you on this effort. Can't wait to hear from you!
