Hello, my name is Colene. I am a morbidly obese grand mother who needs to get back on track with my health and weight! I have many different health problems since 1998 and most of them were negatively effected by my weight and high stress levels. My husband and I are working on getting a grip on our health and diet problems by starting a Blog on http://healthyW8now.blogspot.com and this website. My husband, Kirby wants to prove to our Doctor that he can control his cholestrol naturally without the meds! I am diabetic with type 2. I know it is going to be a long journey for me; not so long for my husband. We are going to have to change our life style, but we can do it!

I don't have a lot of time to make some of the very detailed but delicious looking dishes i keep googling so i'm hoping to find some friends who can help me find fast -easy to make raw recipe for me and my daughter. capella28

I like to live by recognizing the simple pleasures in life every day. I do yoga. I am a fish/vegetarian. I have 2 kids/teenagers. I love art. I have asthma.
