Get moving and beat the Jan 1 resolution rush!!! Sample Workouts: -2 miles a day/ 7 days a week until the 23rd = 14 miles a week = 7 weeks - 5k (3.1 miles), 5 times a week = 16 miles a week = 6.25 weeks -5k, 3 times a week. 2 miles, 3 days a week = 15.6 miles a week = 6.5 weeks -4 miles/4 days a week-16 miles a week = 6.25 weeks
