Hey taylor

I know the contest is pretty silly, but I would love to win Wellsphere's Health Blogger Award

I would appreciate it if you could <a href="http://www.wellsphere.com/voteBlogger.s?bloggerId=92707">cast a vote for me.</a>

It might even boost your good karma.

Hi Taylor,

It's almost time for those dreaded New Year's resolutions.

Soon enough there will be a new crop of celebrity diet books urging us to eat like "skinny french women from south beach" or "low-carb vegetarians"

I would like to suggest that with all of the great health & fitness bloggers here at Wellsphere, we have an opportunity to work together to promote our own little individual corner of the blogosphere.

I am going to contact all of my friends here at Wellsphere with this suggestion and see what happens.

Currently I receive between 500 and 1200 hits per day at my blog - Health Habits

I think that quite a few of my readers would be interested in your point of view.

Let me know what you think

Happy New Year

p.s. I know it's shameless, but would you consider checking out my blog , and if you think it's worthy, giving it a vote in the wellsphere blogger contest

Hey Taylor:

Whenever I can find a little extra time, I try to catch a game or two.  My team was the Rams for over 30 years, but it's hard to stay with them, now that I can't get to any games.

I've been looking at the 49ers, now that I live in the Bay Area...still not sure I can get behind them.

Still, I enjoy the game and can't wait for the playoff action.

Cheers,

Ken

Hey Taylor:

Great article on "Controlling Physical Hunger".  I've been fighting weight for most of my adult life, but for the past year in earnest.

I started walking 2 -3 miles last year daily, then started cardio and anarobic exercise in Feb.  I hit the gym 5 days a week now and don't play around.

In any case, this has been my greatest challenge.

 Thanks for the effort.

Congrats on your Steelers win...they pulled out of a tough one.
