Congrats on your Top Healthblogger award. 

One of the ladies I swim with has MS.  Her name is Laura.  She logged over 120 miles swimming last season.  Laura also won the award for logging the most miles. 

I only swam 15 miles, but plan to kick it up a notch this year and at least double that number this year.

In my book you and Laura are champions.
