I'm 38, married 20 years with 2 kids ages 16 and 20. I'm a cellular and molecular biologist and work in a research lab. Our hobbies include hiking, camping, boating, scuba diving, and snow skiing. My daughter and I have decided to start training for a 10k run to get in shape. I've been fighting some health issues (a pituitary tumor in the center of my brain that causes obesity), so not only would I like to lose the weight now, but the medication I am causes a lot of side effects that...
