Hi, my name is Roberta and I’m a Reiki Master and teacher working in Crawley and giving Reiki courses in Crawley, Worthing and London. In Japanese the word Reiki is made up of two characters, meaning universal life force or, more literally, spiritually guided life force energy. This, I think, explains a lot about the unique healing power of Reiki.
My personal Reiki journey began eight years ago and since then it has guided me down a spiritual path of growth and of healing and light. Over the years I have experienced the power of Reiki and of crystals and used both for self-healing as well as for others, including plants, animals and the earth we live in. I have trained in the Usui/Tibetan tradition with two Reiki masters who have been wonderful teachers.
A Reiki treatment takes place fully clothed with hands laid on the body or held slightly above the body. Treatments can be given in person or sent at a distance. Having a Reiki session is a deeply relaxing and healing experience. The Reiki energy is unique in that it is calming, relaxing, soothing and very powerful all at the same time. I give Reiki courses at all levels, teaching small groups with plenty of time for discussion and practice.
