Looking for local Yang short form class (Stanford)

Posted by Craig

I'm finding it remarkably difficult to locate a class in the South Bay, especially one that accomodates those of us who work nonstandard/rotating shifts.

Does anyone have any suggestions?  I live in Sunnyvale and work at SLAC.  I am a total beginner -- I've got a Yang Short Form DVD and have seen some video clips on the web, but I really want to take a class in order to know that I'm starting out by doing things correctly.  It's hard to evaluate my own body position.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Definitely get a critique from a qualified teacher. Look up martial arts directories for good listings under tai chi.. another good place is meetups
