What's a nice cardio water workout that doesn't involve kicking and splashing up the neighborhood?

Asked & Answered. Well thanks Steve for that one. By the way, from the looks of your profile photo I can see why stroking would be a problem. Treading water is not only a good way to stay afloat when you suffer from sinking circumstances, It's a good way to get the old HR up in a quiet, sweatless and fragrant free manner. You can while away the workout time by chatting with chaise lounging friends. See if you can endure 20 minutes for starters. It's more exhausting than you would imagine. Tip: deep water is easier than shallow because you don't have to tread so hard to keep off the bottom. No joke. Would I kid about something like this? And by the way, ever notice how my apostrophes turn to question marks??? That's an apostasy if ever there was 1.
