Swimming Tips - For Beginners

Start at 15 – 20 minutes. When you first start swimming, try swimming for 15 – 20 minutes at a time and gradually work your way up to longer swims.
Use the kickboard. Swim a few laps with a kickboard to build strength in your hips and legs.
