Swimming rocks!

I had about 20 minutes to work out yesterday, so I decided to hop in the pool. It reminded me how much I love swimming - I felt totally refreshed after even a 20 minute workout. It really works all of your muscles and is a great cardio workout. Going to try to squeeze in a swim again today...
