Sunday Afternoon Sorta Easy Swim Workout

On Your Mark Get Set, Wimp Out!  That was my afternoon swim workout.  At first I took the workout easy and then when I did try to get my swim on I just fell apart.  I just wimped out and got out after less then an hour swimming.  But at least I swam.

Warmed Up

300 Pull

200 Kick

Then we did a kick set which I goofed off on.  Even if I had tried I wouldn't have made the intervals so meh I gave up and cheated and just goofed off.

2x100's Kick on 1:50.  Didn't make the first one.  Goofed Off The Second One.

Then I don't remember what we did. 

I know we did 4x100's Kick Swordfish.  I think I may have done 3 of them.  The first one was 6 kick then stroke, the second one was 4 kick which I took a pee break, the third one was 2 kick and the last was just swim.

8x50's IM Order alternating drill / swim by 50

Then we started the main set which after missing one interval just said F' it and got out.  I was so not feeling the set.

Three Rounds:

75 Free on 1:10

50 Stroke on 50

Then we started another part of the set but I got out.  I did ride my bike so I got in some extra cardio.  Then came home and did some Wii Fit and some EA Sports Active.
