Her work includes the book, "Little Shifts," in which she guides readers through the process of connecting deeply to the imagination using small, accessible changes. She has led workshops on brain health in the Bay area since 1987. Her blog, The Brain Whisperers, can be seen at blogger.com. She is currently working on a book about brain health and vibrant aging.
