hi i am 32 and live in scotland, i have 3 boys my eldest has type 1 diabetes who was diagnosed at age 2 which was a great shock to us but managing ok with it. also another son has asthma and hayfever. i am doing a sponsered slim to raise money for jdrf, so am on a eating healthy plan and love...
