"Surfing for Life" is one of the best documentaries I've seen. It profiles senior citizen surfers, including some of the best-known surfing legends in history (Woody Brown, Rabbit Kekai, John Kelly, and Eve Fletcher, among others). These older surfers have been surfing for most of their lives, and have a lot to teach the audience about lifestyle choices and bringing health, passion, and serenity into later life. When I'm feeling down or stressed, I watch this DVD, and it never fails to keep my attention and inspire me to live happily and peacefully. Of course, it also makes me want to go surfing immediately.
