Once I hit my late 40's, my regular fitness regimen wasn't keeping pace with my expanding waistline. I have recently added running to my program, in hopes that my pants will zip more easilly! I like reading the forums and look for tips on training and how to stay motivated. I am also a physical therapist with >20 years experience in the sports medicine area. I like reading about the injuries to see if there is any new techniques or ideas out there for me.
