Hi, my name is Stu Greenbaum. Since suffering a major low back injury 13 years ago, I have researched and practiced a wide variety of holistic methods to prevent and reduce back pain, including yoga, tai chi, qi gong, kettlebells, weightlifing, meditation, martial arts, physical therapy, symmetry, muscle activation therapy, postural therapy and more.
