Well, I've been a bad girl. I started my organizing project at the begining of the summer, got through two-thirds of it, and then stalled completely. The last bit of it is in boxes...I had them stashed in my unused bathtub but finally pulled them out into the hallway to force myself to deal with them.
I'm not sure what it is about the last bit of stuff that is so hard to deal with. Perhaps it's partially due to these items being the ones I skipped over earlier, not knowing quite what to do with them.
I will make an effort to go through it by October 1, and use this forum as a place for my public humiliation if I don't do it as promised. :-)
