New research is indicating that a warm bath may help you sleep better.I think that’s something my fellow soakers already knew.They believe that it’s tied to an elevation in the body’s core temperature somehow.I don’t know the exact science behind it but it works for me and any excuse for a bubble bath is good with me.There was no word on the best kind of bubbles.What is your favorite bubble bath?
I've noticed that when I sleep, my body temp goes way up. I read that happens when you're metabolizing, so I'm thinking that's when I'm burning most of my calories. But yeah - anything that makes you feel warm and cozy should help with putting you to sleep.
