Here's another good reason for a mid-day siesta: in a recent study, researchers found that people who napped for half an hour or more at least three times a week had a 37 percent lower risk of dying from heart disease than non-nappers! The stress-releasing benefits of napping were linked to this increased heart health. The study's authors suggested taking naps whenever one had the opportunity. Sounds good to me! I'll be back in about half an hour.
